Gymnastics for All Programmes
Orchards 'Gymnastics for All' programme includes a wide range of gymnastics activities from the more traditional artistic gymnastics on all the familiar apparatus to tumbling, trampoline acrobatics and freestyle gymnastics. To ensure a fun and engaged experience we include obstacle courses, fitness activities and circus skills to ensure our gymnasts are stimulated and motivated.
